氚投射对父亲鼠海马神物经细胞黏附分儿子L1、

  摘要:

  目的讨论低剂量氚投射对父亲鼠海马神物经细胞黏附分儿子L1、神物经细胞黏附分儿子(NCAM)表臻的影响。方法取24 h重生鼠脑海马细胞培育,培育第7天以3.7×102、3.7×103、3.7×104、3.7×105、3.7×106Bq/ml终浓度氚水投射细胞24 h,并设对照组(0 Bq/ml),活细胞工干站测定扑地置组细胞的迁移徙距退;Western blot法、避免疫细胞募化学法检测各浓度氚水投射下神物经细胞黏附分儿子L1及NCAM蛋清的表臻情景。结实神物经细胞迁移徙距退测定结实露示,与对照组比较,受照组细胞迁移徙距退清楚延年更加寿,且跟遂氚水浓度的时时添加以而逐步延年更加寿(P<0.05);Western blot法、避免疫细胞募化学法检测露示受照组神物经细胞黏附分儿子L1、NCAM蛋清表臻含量均低于对照组,并遂氚水浓度的投降低表臻量呈面提交减趋势(P<0.05)。定论氚投射却致神物经细胞黏附分儿子表臻量增添以进而却影响神物经细胞的正日迁移徙。
